Meet the mentors behind our programs
ROBERTO "BOB" Sajot
Roberto "Bob" Sajot is currently EVP and GM of Armscor Shooting Center, Inc. With over 20 years in the sports and defensive shooting field, he is PNP accredited firearms instructor, a Certified Master International Shooting Safety Instructors Association Trainer, and a Certified Main International Shooting Instructors Association (MISIA) Trainer.
Sajot is also a member of the National Range Officers Institute, the Philippine Practical Shooting Association, and the Philippines Shooters and Match Officers Confederation.
He was schooled with Front Sight Firearms Training Institute (Nevada, USA) and Double Tap Training Center (California, USA).

VoN ERIC NG
Von Eric Ng is an Expert Level Instructor under Krav Maga Global (KMG) and a certified instructor under Balintawak Kali and Ensayo Kali.
Before returning to Manila, Ng served as KMG Director and Expert Instructor for 13 years in China. He trained and tested under KMG Israel’s chief instructor Eyal Yanilov, and handled specialized training for security, law enforcement, and other selected professional clients. In China, he oversaw the development of instructors and schools across the country, and is also credited with developing instructors who went on to pioneer KMG operations in other countries.
Currently, he handles instructor training under Krav Maga Philippines, the official representative of KMG in the country.

YONINA CHAN
Yonina Chan is a civilian Krav Maga instructor under Krav Maga Global (KMG) and a specialist instructor for women's self-defense.
Chan served as KMG Women’s Division Head for 7 years in China. Over the last decade, she trained and tested under KMG’s Israel headquarters, and has led specialized training for women and girls around China, teaching corporate workshops, NGO and charity seminars, and courses for international schools and embassies. She was also a resource speaker and guest writer on self-defense for various media outfits and lecture circuits in Beijing.
Chan currently handles special projects with Krav Maga Philippines, the official representative of Krav Maga Global in the country. Separately, Chan is a member of Team Armscor, competing in the IPSC Shotgun Ladies' Open Division. She was previously a journalist and editor.
ARVINO WONG LOGARTA
Arvino "Arvs" Wong Logarta is a basic tactical and self-defense shooting instructor, as well as a Modern Arnis practitioner and instructor.
Logarta started shooting at the age of 9, and his shooting career dates back to his days as a member of the De La Salle University Pistol and Shotgun team in 1994 and 1995. He has trained and certified in several different shooting systems, and also studied under multiple-time local IPSC champion Frank Ching as well as multiple-time IDPA Philippine champion Bien Vijungco.
Logarta's training in Arnis dates back to 1994, having studied under Tabimina Balintawak and currently under Master Arnold Narzo at Kalis Ilustrisimo. He has conducted self-defense seminars for multiple clients, including I.C.E. Agents of the US Embassy in Manila, IBM personnel, and Philippine Airlines Flight Attendants.

DEXTER "KIKAY" CRUZ & DaNIELLE "KUKAY" CrUZ
Possibly the Philippine shooting scene's best known twins, Kikay and Kukay Cruz's foray into both tactical and competitive shooting started at a young age, as the sisters got firearms training from their father, among other tactical and adventurous endeavors.
With impressive resumes that blows most out of the water, the twenty-something duo have been racking up awards and accolades since their teens. Both are recurring champions and medalists in their respective shooting divisions, and are ambassadors for Armscor's striker-fired pistol, the STK100, as well as endorsers of several tactical brands.
Kikay Cruz
Kukay Cruz
Apart from shooting, Kikay and Kukay have served as instructors for Knife Fighting and Concealed Carry Training for the Philippine Naval Special Operations Command, and both are platoon representative and graduates of the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Program.
The two were also formerly competitive gymnasts, flowboarding competitors, and held the record as the youngest free fall skydivers in the Philippines in 2018. On top of this, both are currently undergraduates at De La Salle University.
